PropertyTA Ltd is focused on building and managing a small portfolio of UK rental properties. The aim is not just to own property, but to improve it properly, make it practical for tenants and protect long-term value.

The portfolio includes several rental homes used as single lets and small HMO-style accommodation. The standard is intentionally kept high, with clean finishes, practical layouts, good maintenance and spaces that feel comfortable to live in.
